SIP Ports throuth a firewall

Post by Sam2009 »

HI
I have My TeamWork system ,It works in my LAN Network and I want to use it over public network (internet), I have MS ISA 2006 as firewall for my internal network.
I configure NAT settings for https port 443 , and open this rang of SIP ports : 5060-5090 TCP & UDP (Bi-directionally)
So I can Open MTW Client and connect to MTW Server ,and i could make voice calls with internal MTW client .
But the video end point of outside client could not register !!!!!!! :( :( so i am not able to make video calls with this outside user, the internal users can register automatically and makes calls.

Are there other SIP ports must be opened in Firewall, or any settings

thanks

Check RTP port range on both Teamwork side and client side.
This is not secure. You must use something to hide your topology (SBC recommended, ALG SIP aware firewall).

SIP? NAT? Only using SBC...
SIP and NAT are not friends by default as NAT change headers
