Is there any way to reset admin password of ICS ?

Hi,
There seems to be some problem with the admin account of ICS, we have kept the default password "admin" but now when we are trying to login it is giving us an error "Log again, either your login or password was wrong" .

I have confirmed from client also, nobody has changed the password.

Is there any way to reset the password without being able to login ?

as cav has told in another ics/otuc password thread before. give the search function then string "restore admin password otuc" and you'll get 2 threads... the second one include a possible solution...

You cannot login with the root account anymore ?
