time reporting
Hello, I would like to create a report showing for each phone how many hours we spend on entry calls, exit calls and lost calls, can you please let me know which variable I have to use in my query?

Re: time reporting
Hi Laurent,
Do you mean getting the total duration of each extensions for entry, exit, and lost calls? In this case, you can use the duration parameter while lost calls can be counted for number of lost calls.
By the way, does entry and exit calls pertains to incoming and outgoing calls respectively?
I appreciate any feedback that you may have.

Re: time reporting
Hi Zero,
Thanks for the answer.
Yes, entry and exit pertains to incoming and outgoing calls (sorry for my english).
Using the duration parameters is Ok, but on which variable, how is incoming written in the request?

Re: time reporting
Hi Laurent,
To define a report for an incoming calls you need to add the "Call Type" parameter and set the six (6) incoming call types. For outgoing calls, set the five (5) outgoing call types. In addition, create the report definition as "Grouped" and not Detailed.
Thanks,
Zero
