Problem with tickets/records of calls, omnivista 4760

Hi,

I recently installed omnivista in a Windows Server 2008 with an OXE, and i have this issue. I try to sync the omnivista server with the OXE (with the complete sync), and appears me five tasks running in "Scheduler". There i go to the app "Tarificacion"(in spanish version) and open "nmc" there i have all the able agents, i chose one of them and i click the second tab calles "justificantes"/"the record of maked calls", and there is EMPTY!

I don't know what i have to do! please help! Thanks since now!
