Can not delete a SIP trunk, Chorus Err

Hi !

Strange error, cannot delete a SIP trunkgroup, the OxE reponds with

14/02/13 16:06:27 000001M|---/--/-/---|=0:2663=IPC Chorus err: appli MAO_AGENT oper 9 err -8

btw, OxE is release 9.1

Database error or ........
