MCE Blackberry

I am trying to configure the MCE app on Blackberry, and using remote extensions on the OXE.
If I call the remote DISA manually, the auto substitution is working.
But When I use the MCE, and put an extension number to call, it opens back the parameters window.

I have configured the following on MCE

the telephone system number
extension number
Remote extension number
Start device in business mode : True
Country code
International prefix
national prefix
voice mail password
