outlook extensions

Post by murraya »

hi, we are looking at deploying OTMS 1.2 in our office and testing the myic pc client at present the extensions don't seem to load on one of our PC's. the difference with that pc is it is running win7 64 bit and outlook 2010 64bit. all the other pc's are running 32 bit office so does anyone know if the extnsions work on 2010 64bit? on ICS there is a separate installer for this but I can't see one on the opentouch.

thanks.
Best Regards

There is no separate for the Outlook Extensions in the OT.
It is all included in the MyIC-Installer.

I looked at the Feature List for OT1.2 Ed4a (you can find it on the BPWS) and it says, that Outlook 2010 64bit is not supported.
