configuring tariff @ OXO Rel 5.0

we are configuring our oxo rel 5.0 and 4760 4.0

could someone help us how to figure out tariff configs?

a. Local calls
b. Mobile
c. International.

when we try to call from 1 extension only the cost entered appears on the records. our objective is when i call international it will go to int'l rates, likewise for mobile and local calls. step by step is much favorable tnx.
