Can't delete user

Hi,

I tried to delete a 4035 user on sunday and it came up with an error "Used as Private number" I'm not sure why it wont let me delete the user?? can anybody help?

You can not delete it because the number has been entered in the 'private number' field of an agent. You must have CCX on your system.

Go to:

> Applications > CCD > Operators > look through all the agents.
