IP 4135 on OXO outgoing calls problem

Hello everyone!

I have a problem with an IP 4135 conference. We recently bought one and after finishing the configuration through the web interface i managed to register the device on OXO. Although when I try to call another extention in the company (125) I get the message "Forbidden" on 4135's screen. I saved the same extention in device contacts followed by @OXO_IP_Address:5059 (125@192.168.0.222:5059 in my case) and when i call it from 4135 contacts it works.

Any ideas suggestions please?

Hello!

I had a similar problem with an OXO R900 / 48.1: I couldnt to call extern numbers with a 4135

To solve the problem, a just upgraded the system to Relese 900 / 54.1. Later, the system upgraded the Confer Telepone's firmware to 1.5.19. It works fine now!
