Hi all
I have 2 OXE R10.0-j1.410-34 include dialer2.0
-- 1 big OXE with 700 analog users and 5200 IP TOUCH
-- 1 medium/small OXE with 50 analog users and 500 IP TOUCH
I have no problem to use DIALER on medium/small OXE but DIALER not working with big OXE
On T3 trace, I have always the same error when I use DIALER command ( dialer 36188 pickup, dialer 36188 xxxxxxxxxxx .. )
(483088:000012) MON_Receive_A_Physical_Event: Bad id=-29348 e->type=1
the ipphone is working
It would seem that the probleme comes from the too big neqt
Thanks you for your help
best regards

Re: Error with dialer on OXE
Hi ,
I think I have to upgrade the version of dialer for release 10.x
I will check it out and see if it is doable.

Re: Error with dialer on OXE
I just tried on OXE R10.1.1 / J2.603.20 , and the DIALER 2 is working correctly here...
I think you are not using correctly.
You need to use the NEQT number of the extension you want to use.
Example: If I want my extension 1000 to call 2000:
mtcl@lab:~> eqstat d 1000

Logic coupler type : CPL_UA
MAO coupler type : UA_FICTIF
Coupler state : IN SERVICE
