If i call from ext AA menu and press * then 0... become feature not avalaible
seems like safe

You have to press * then 9 then Prefix_For_external_Line + External number. ( es: * 9 0 02xxxxxxxx ).
I've tested right now!!!

P.S. have a look at TC1774. Is all explained
