DISA Connection Category

Hi,

I am going through the docs regarding DISA but I'm not understanding exactly how to do the following. I need to know how to disable extensions from using DISA. That is if a person calls the DISA and enters his extension number, I want the system to not give him any access or release the call.

This is since I want only some specific extensions to have this feature.

Hi,

If i understand well your question, you would like to enable DISA feature for some users, but not others.

If this is what you want, you have only to manage users in different phone features COS, by enabling or disabling the feature in the COS

feature Cos is your friend if not use password for disa (disa secret code)
user allowed to use disa should put this code before getting disa vg

yes one needs to just enable or disable substitution in phone features category.
