A simple Question 4635

simple question regarding 4635 : if an external caller leave a message on VM4635 , and we had Clip on line (nddi2 , pri ,pcm) , consulting the message the sender number shoulb be availaible or not, because actually i can't got it from display(from:empty) or from prompt vmail guide "new message from: silence);
is it normal behavour or something worng ?

Something is wrong.
If the caller ID is available, it should be in the envelop of the message.

HI i got it !,may it was a network issue for clip (specially for pcmr) i made test three time and i got the caalle id in the message.
