What do you mean? Usually with the CPU ID is enough.

Re: How to extract ACTIS files for Opentouch with Virtual OX
We have an Opentouch with Virtual OXE as our demo lab. I need to create a EDR to be able to get the SPS contract for both the OpenTouch and the Virtual OXE with extra discount. I was trying to add the SPS contracts renewals using the CPUID, but the site keeps saying it needs the ACTIS files in order to accept the order.
The thing is we don't have the original ACtis files from this configuration so we are not able to upload the configuration with the SPS renewals..

Extract OPS from the machine (swinst-Backup OPS files) and import it into Actis. Then you can generate the Actis order file.

This is for Virtual OXE.
What happen with the OT Server, is possible to extract Actis?

Well, ASAIK, it isn't possible to extract Actis files from OpenTouch.
Indeed it is a Virtual OXE, you should have how to get OPS files from that. The OPS should be linked to a Dongle ID (if it's licensed) but the OPS still exists, and you can import it on Actis.
In the files of OXE, it will have all information about the OpenTouch either.
