Alcatel Omnipcx office Voicemail & password

Hi,

I have an issue with Alcatel Omnipcx office phone system. I can't access the system because no one can remember the password. I have tried all default passwords but to no avail.
Other problem is that system restarted last week and now the voicemail system is not working properly. All mailbox go to the common mailbox and says it's full.
It's not playing messages recorded by individual user.

Kindly please help. I am willing to pay for support to fix issue via remote or on site.
