SIP configuration

Hello Experts,

I need your help for my SIP configuration. I need to know whats the basic configuration steps to make SIP device to IP 4028 calls working.

And the second thing is, need to make a call from SIP device to the external service provider number using the external gateway (like actionvoip.com, voipdiscount.com).

I am badly looking for the configuration sets / any PDF from experts.

if you are looking how to make 4028 from NOE to sip you have to search this forum. is discussed many times. Also for sip gateway is also mentioned many times.Also what system do you have? do you have licence to do what you want?
