connect 6900_x20 to 6450_p24 by SFP ( fiber) directly

I have one 6900_x20 and one 6450_p24 .I want to connect them together by SFP(fiber) ...
The fiber cable is working .

When I loop the two SFP port by fiber cable in 6450_024 ... The vlan and ip interface can be up ... green LED is appear .
like below .. loop port 25 and port 26

did you use the same SFP/SFP+ modules (both 10 gig or both 1 gig)?
if you use SFP+ with 10G: Did you have the Perf license installed in the 6450?

Hi,
You are right .
The speed in two switch is different . one is 1G and another is 10G .
I need to install 10G licnese in one machine .
Then the fiber port can be connect and LED is in green colour .

You can of course use 1 Gig as well (no need for 10G Licenses), but in this case you need 1G SFPs on both sides.

Show Ni/show transceiver gives you info about what SFPs are in there
