Easy contact CCS

hi, it's been a long time and in fact I think I only set up easy contact version once for a site. I can't remember if we can use the maint account to set up the CCD.
I need a monthly calendar with public holidays so want to use the CCD calendar. the cheapest way I can see to buy the license is CCD starter but I'm sure I can set it up with easy contact (half the price) using the maint account. anyone know if that is possible or do I have to buy the starter pack? I don't want agents but just the calendar and of course pilots to route calls.

hi Cav, that is currently active, 20 odd remote shelves with local trunks set as entity calls to IAA. as there are only 8 accesses to IAA we use trunk caller categories to select tree. each access has 2 modes only i.e day and night. each access is tied to a single entity so that means shelves have to share entity switch times.
now public holidays are different in various locations so we have to make sure that sites sharing the same access (IAA) also share day night switch times as well as public holidays.
It is all getting a bit limited as well as complicated.
now the customer is looking at moving to sip trunks in a few locations only which means we will not be able to use caller categories on a per trunk group method like current.

1: could do PER with Alcatel and wait 10 years to get more IAA accesses
2: looking for alternate calendar. CCD one is good as would still work at sites when WAN out and running on PCS.

thanx cav. it looks like might get ccs starter anyway now as backup to gce. still would be good to know for future so will test at some stage when able to lab it then post result.
