4760 Voicemail Error

Hi guys,

A member of staff has left and i'm trying to reset the pin to his mailbox.

So after searching this forum, the best way to do it is:

Applications - Voice Mail - VM 4645 Class Of Service - then on the mailbox change "Skip Password" from yes to no.

But i get the following error when I click apply:

Set or Change \mer\Applications::1\Voice Mail::1\4645 VM Classes of Service::10
4645 Class of Service Number : 4645 Voice Mail not started

Can anyone help me with this?

if you do not need the messages on the box. delete the mailboxnumber in usermanagement. and after this set the mailboxnumber again. it will make a new voicemailbox.
if you need the messages. go to a telnet session and set a new password with Evatool command.
