Alter timings for abandoned calls

When i run a report on a stats pilot via CCS, the abandoned on thresholds that are reported are 5, 15, 30 and 60 seconds.

Is there a way to modify these to timings of my own choosing ?

edit /usr3/afe/parameters.cfg
and do not forget to change your format pilot excel sheet.

Are these the values just before histo-team ?

Will that also modify my 'Served before' timings ?

yes histo-pilot is the right choice.
as per documentation tc1066 it will change "served before" too.
but i'll never really changed this. a customer ask for this and so i've opened a sr. as solution alcatel sent this change in parameters.cfg to me.
