External call

I have problem to make a call. the problem is that after I am dialling access code to get trunk line , I took the trunk line but when I am dialling external line (Mobile or landline ) it is not received my digit and I hear the tone is still continuing . this problem happened with some boards in different shelves.

we can't guess postat first the trunk group config ,numbering compatible with ?
may be number of digit to send =0?
may be trunk type, T2, BCA DTMF , bca rotary etc..
may be other thing
