I've general access level and it writes that i dind't have enough access level
Can you share it?
I am really need to check some compatibility features with juniper, but we have only production network and it is not the best place for checking.

Re: Virtual 7750 SR Available in 12.0.R4
Hi there,
working with below configuration:
Ubuntu 14.04
RAM 16GB
GNS3
preferences>>Qemu>>>"Qemu guest TAB"
Qemu flavor: -i386
Binary image: "path to the SROS image"
RAM: 2000MiB
NIC-s: 6
NIC Model: e1000
and "tick" below
- Use KVM (linux host only)
- Add user backend
Save the parameters. Drag The qemu host icon to the main window and run it. Console should work simply by right clicking on the qemu host and choosing console. if its not poping up, try to change "terminal settings" or maybe terminal app.
Connecting routers is as easy as with other "devices" in GNS3. Just remember to start from e1 as a port 1/1/1 not the e0.
If you put to less RAM per device it will reboot quite often. The second reason of rebooting might be license agreement... Just save your config on the device after changes and it will not vanish.
Cheers

If in windows, I had the same issue.
The solution was to download qemu from http://qemu.weilnetz.de/w64/ and make GNS3 use the latest install in the QEMU setup.

Hi, please ask your BP account manager to grant access level. ALU software is under copyright protection and we wouldn't like that our site to become root of sotfware sharing not allowed.ciscovoz200 wrote:I've general access level and it writes that i dind't have enough access level

Re: Virtual 7750 SR Available in 12.0.R4
The router is rebooting every 1 hour. As somebody mentioned here maybe this is licensing issue.
Very annoying...
Second thing, multicast protocols (PIM, IGMP etc.) doesn't work if there is less than 1700MB used for virtual machine.

As far as I know, there is no price yet for the vSR's.
I guess you could apply for a temp license with your Alcatel Lucent contact.
Thanks for the multicast limits due to memory.
Nice to know!
