Unable to console into 7750 C-12

Hi guys,

I cant seem to console into our new 7750 C12. Im sure I ve followed the guide but with no luck. Ive also changed cables and all but still.

Any help appreciated. thanks in advance.

and you can access another router out of the box with the same console?

Hi , did u try with console speed 115200 which is default..?
