switch from 24- to 12-hour time mode

Can someone tell me how I can switch from 24- to 12-hour time mode in the OXE ?

mgr /System/consult-modify/ date format

Default is Latin = dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm (24 format)

Change to anglo-saxon

Then the format will be = mm/dd/yyyy hh:mm am or pm (12hr format)

After changes in system, 4035 will be changed immediately.

Rest of the 8/9 serious phones to be plugged out plugged in manually.
