LicServer error: Multi-utilization duration - What is this??

the server retuns to normal mode after 5 days of good working without conflict

The conflict is the same, although I reinstalled a new Windows, a new 4760 and restored the database.

you have done a whole 4760 backup ? of corse licence server will kept the old warning and you will reproduce the conflict , if you have done a new installation you should only restore , company ldap if necessary ,network-subnet - pcx , accounting tickets, and carrier configuration those are enough
