AHL format configuration file

Hi,

I am trying to change the format of the tickets send by Alcatel when check in and check out using V24 reduced mode. Is there a way from Linux/config file to continue changing the format?

the format is called smdr. it is specified by alcatel. the only choice is between 'normal' and 'extended' format (in oxe mgr under application/hotel). if you are an alcatel-lucent application partner you can ask them directly about the format details.
