Agent Assitant customer database

Hello

We have a call center with 5 agent running on oxo release 9. Agents also have the pc assistant or agent assistant if you like.
The assistant has this very nice feature of poping out the client information according to Caller ID.
Problem is that the customer database is local for every agent.
Customer calls first time and agent registers him and his problem.
If customer calls second time and gets different agent, the agent will have blank pop up and will not know why the customer called before.
Is there any way on making same customer database for all 5 agents.

first you should have your own Data base as per your requirements then you have to develope Assistant Program between your own database and agent assistant , so in the agent assistant you have to choose the customer database in specific mode
