Try changing SATA to Legacy on BIOS

Yap, Configured the onboard SATA ports as IDE,
and configure IDE mode as Native Mode

as instructed in the System documentation
problem is my BIOS version is 1.06 and ALU Test case BIOS is 1.01

FROM ALU Support....
I tested OXE installation on our IBM M5 without any trouble.
My IBM reference is IBM M5 3250
in Bios machine model is 5358234
memory 4 Gb
firmware version : 1.01

Manage to solve the problem by bypassing the SAS RAID Card in the x3259-M5,
Alcatel OXE R11.1 does not support IBM Raid

Did any one of you manage to solve with X 3250 M5. Part code 5458 AC1, the ale knowledge base mentioned that R& D and tested only with 5458 Z34, I do not understnad the approach of the ALE , they want the sites engineers to be Lenovo presales design experts as well.
