IP Touch 4018 ringing volume setting

Hi,

I have a bunch of users in a hunt group all using IP Touch 4018 handsets. I suspect that some /all of them have the ringing volumen on their phones turned right dwon. Is there anyway I can check remotelty (either using OmniVista 4760 or telnet) that I can check what level they have it set to? I don't want to have to go around to each phone and see what it is set to.
