Recovery the call reports on 4760 5.1

Hi guys,

Sorry but I don't have advanced knowledge regarding Reports.

The idea it is : the old server Omnivista 4760 5.1 is crash completely also PC also HDD.

I rebuild a new Omnivista with success and I synchronize with 7 crystals 4400 R9.1-14

The new call reports works very well, but.....
Budget section they want also the call records for that period when the server was under construct.
The crash period was at the end of MAY, the new server start to works on JUNE. The budget section they want call records for MAY.

Any idea how I can recovery call reports from MAY because I am very confuse regarding this reports.

Hi marius30,

I presume your records are still intact after you had installed and perform the synchronization of OmniVista4760. In that case, just generate your report definition having filtered your date greater than or equal 05/01/15 and less than or equal 05/31/15.
