ARS route to a second TG may help you.

you have many possibilities:
1) if user dial TG prefix + number - you can manage overflow TG in initial TG parameters (some limitation - called/calling number will be like for initial TG)
2) if used ARS prefix. In ARS route manage second route and add this route in time-based route list
3) if used SD (Speed Dial) - manage Overfl.Dir.Abbrev.No Pref. in SD. F.e.
- you dial 3xxx to reach some one via QSIG
- used SD "3" with call number "TG_QSIG_seizure+3"

create SD "D3" with call number "another_TG+3"
declare D3 in item Overfl.Dir.Abbrev.No Pref (in SD "3").

When you dial 3xxx - number 3xxx will be dialled via QSIG, if with QSIG TG exist problem - will be used SD "D3".
