tapi line activation

hi ...

we have alcatel oxo pbx.we will use cti features for pbx.
we install alcatel tsp driver for windowsxp-pro ..
but tapi line is not opened by alcatel oxo pbx.

is there special setting in pbx for activate tapi lines ?

there is 25 online ,50 monitoring licence in cti menu of oxo pbx.

whats other licence need ? multilinetapi licence? or amy?

You may need TAPI server licence and/or CSTA server licence. Contact your distributor.
