Restor a old DB in a new PC

Hi,

I reinstall the new 4760 in a new PC, the old one was crash, when I reinstall the 4760 I used the same IP, same DSN name, same OS ( windows 2003), same 4760 5.1. I recovery from the broken HDD the backup file. And I try to restore data base in new PC from the file that I recovered....nothing happens.
Some clue because I have in broken server a very complicate accounting report, and I want to recovery.

Do you have a solution??? I have the same issue with 5.2, same restore .ini and after restore the backup nothis happens
