CCS Mismatch report

Good Day!

I am having trouble in analyzing the mismatch "generated excel report versus statistics on past period" from CCS..

Can anyone explain to me why CCS has mismatch report. (please see attached file as a reference)

Your agents can receive more calls from different pilots. Also, when they transfer calls between them the Inbound calls increment for them but not for the Pilot
