Hi!
Its a network of 4 OXO Rls3.1 and VoIP, recently I upgrade the principal, and now is the only one with Rls5.1 and CPU3.
When the users on Rls5.1 call to another sites they can´t hear, but the people in the sites with Rls3.1 no have a problem, they can hear without problem
Could you help me please?

Upgrade the other sites, too. You probably have a problem with the differences between H.323 protocols (firmwares) in rel 5.1 and 3.1.

Today in the morning I made reset to the equipment with Rls3.1 and until this moment all the functions of network is working well.
Could you explain a little to me about the changes in Rls 5 with h323 or where I can read about that, thanks!

i cant explain you, what the changes of voip are. but i know, that all the nodes in a voip system have to be at same release. i had that prob too and they disappeared by upgrading the other nodes to the same release. i also dont know, if alcatel publishes the exact changes with voip or ras or qsig. and when you ask the alcatel hotline about your problem, they would say, that you have to upgrade the other nodes too, but wont tell you why. they just say, that there are differences between the releases depending on voip.

I don't think the upgrade is necessary in all sites.
We have a customer with more than 30 OXO with VoIP (H323) network. They use OXO with R2, R3.1, R5 and some R6 softwares without any problem.
If you have problem with the communication, create an Ethereal Trace to found it.
