My customer using with 08 analog trunk, and my customer told to me that cannot take the call out, the trunk line it is busy,

Any body please help, how to know the status of trunk line?

YOU can,t check ani statis analog trunk in OXO

You can test with an analog Telephone directly at the trunk - perhaps it is blocked because of not payd?
