Problem with call back

Post by Lockwood »

sw. F4.401.20

There is no possible to call back on international numbers, but when I choose number manualy the connection is successful.
Public Access Category allow to call on international numbers.

Should I check something else?

yes, check numbering discriminator. find the entry for the international number, then make sure number of digits is set correctly or set to 255

Hallo.

It's still doesn't work.
In entry for the international number is set to 255. I've changed on 14 digits.
Still nothing.
Call back on internal number works correctly.

Have you any idea what's wrong?

Call back works via External callback translation - what do you have in translator/ external numbering plan/ ext. callback translation?

In this case you will see on set display calling number. If you want call back in "digits to add" you must declear TG seizure prefix (f.e. 0) or ARS prefix.

You can create additional rules. Basic number - some first digits in calling number. No digits to be removed - if you want delete some digits, digits to add - usualy TG seizure prefix (or ARS).
F.e. you have calling number 12345XXXXX for callback you must dial 0+5XXXXX -
Basic number 12345
To be removed 4
Digits to add 0.
If some one call you with calling number 1234500000 - you will see on set 500000 and during callback PBX add 0 and really dial 0500000.
