Hi everybody !!!
I'm installing an OTMS 2.1 from scratch and after postinstallation I have this error when I connect as root:
<=== begining of postinstallation ===>
01-wizard.sh [ FAILED ] but continuing
The last script failed but this error is not a blocking one.
It is possible to configure it later without perturbing the ICE solution.
35-icecore.sh [ FAILED ] exiting
Status of postinstallationint file /root/.statuspostinst.txt
Fore more details looks log in /opt/Alcatel-Lucent/logs/bics_applications
<=== end of postinstallation ===>
So i start manually this script "35-icecore.sh":
[root@ot-host iceuser]# /opt/Alcatel-Lucent/serviceability/bics_applications/firstsetup.d/35-icecore.sh start

Re: Impossible to start icecore.sh
There is in attachment the log file for command "service --status-all"
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.
Re: Impossible to start icecore.sh
can you see at the external flexlm server that the otms succeed in checkout licenses? check the flexlmlogs and the output if "lmutil lmstat -a" there...

Re: Impossible to start icecore.sh
Yes exactly !!! Actually I just have a blank database and in post installation I put flexlm server to internal even if my flexlm server is external because I have a backup with internal and in release note I have to install from scratch with same flex server configuration.
