Caller ID on 4039

IS it possible to get caller ID on the 4039 and if so how to enable it thanks.

Yes, it is possible.
Please give more specification about the system and about the type of external lines to give you more details.

I'm sorry i don't know much about the system/ external lines it was all set-up by a previous worker and now the boss asked me if it would be
possible to set it up with caller id. I was looking in the manual on page 10 (Enable The CLASS SERVICE) but when i get to Terminal there's no Class Service to select not sure if its even the right way.

seems to be OxO
First of all and depending on trunk type , you external line should activated with clip(CID) at carrier level , check this first

ok and system is oxe or oxo , external line is analog, isdn etc..?
