problem with the bidirectional mirroring ?

Hello,

I have a 6850-24 version 6.4.3.717.R01 which is connected through an ethernet link to a PC (with Windows XP) for management purposes.
There is a second ethernet link connected to another port for Wireshark purposes. This second port mirrors bidirectionally the first port.
When I ping the management IP of the router using a command prompt window of the PC, I have 0% loss.
The problem is that I can't see the replies from the router on Wireshark (as if the mirroring was "In Port" only).
On the other hand, when I select in Wireshark the NIC used for management purposes, I can see both incoming and outgoing ICMP packets.
The QOS is disabled on the router and the firewall is disabled on the PC.
Please help.

how do you see qos packets for data only when the alcatel is connected directly to the laptop with wireshark running . ? any help would greatly appreciate it the implementation configs please.
