IP Touch4038 disconnection

Hi everyone,

We have encountered phones are getting disconnected almost one time per day, we have 14 phones online at the same time in the same area, but only 3 or 4 of them will be restarting in a random time, although it happened only once a day, and not all of it, but we are still wondering how could this happen, we are using IPSec VPN tunnel to connect tftp server, please, if anyone has same problem or knows solution, please let me know, I would try every possible solutions.

Also, I have reviewed an old topic, it mentions that TC0844.zip could have solution, but I really couldn't find it...

Please see attachment, I think maybe it's the reason why phones are getting reboot, I really don't have an idea how to fix this, any suggestion will be appreciate.

Ermmm like improve your VPN packet loss and response time?
Or maybe as last resource, increase the UDP packet loss tolerance

Also try to disable the Reset on update on the sets
