Parallel Ringing on attendants

I have 2 attendants set up on an OXE, one is a 4059 the other is 4035.

The idea is that when the 4059 is busy the customer can turn on the 4035 as an aditional S/W Board.
Currently I have both ringing together on an internal call, but if an external call rings it only rings the 4059 Att ID 0.

I have set attendant group call presentation to parallel, This i presume is why the internal works fine!!!

Is there a different setting for external, Currently the call comes in via dass, routes to the entity, day routing is att group b6000, in there is att's A6000 & A6001.

I know it will be somthing and nothing but i've tried everything i can think of.

System is running f5401-25-b.

I have never done parallel with a 4059 and 4035, only 2 4059's.

But you have the right setup, both attendants in the same attendant group, and attendant setting under system set to parallel.

I would have to test in my lab to see if it works.

Anyone else have this setup?

Ok, Figured it out,

You must create the attendant once the ringing is set to parallel,

Any att sets created prior to this must be deleted and recreated.

can you explain what is your real problem?
Both att in the same att. group?
Call destination - attendant or attendant group?
What you manage in CDT?

dear sir, I have 2 4059IP use for 2 operator, so i need to set both 2 operator ring parallel together when they have both external & internal call.

So, after reading tot and OP configuration, what is different on yours? Have you done what he did? Delete and create again after changing the ringing method?
