Local call to pilot not shown on Local Call metering

Hi,

Our client has a local to local Call metering activated on their OXE, using their Call Accounting System and Omnivista 4760 were able to capture extension to extension calls and ordinary extension direct call to CCD agents (v.v.). One thing I've noticed that once call passes through Pilot (Local call to Pilot using Hybrid) and answered by agents, this are not captured by call accounting systems or even on a real time metering.

I already test same scenario on our test equipment and it seems this a normal behaviour, is there's a way to capture this calls, wherein calls can be generated like: "Extensions calling this agents" even calls are passes thru Pilot?, is there's a parameter needed to be adjust on CCD Pilot, Hybrid Link or Accounting?
