How to look for outgoing calls made and duration of them for an specific phone number

Hi guys,

My customer is asking me for outgoing calls made by an specific phone number. They want to know what numbers were called and duration of them.
May I know how can I look for that?

Well you have Omnivista? If you don't then you can't.
If you do you create a report with that number and extract it

If you have access to PBX and if you know time (when call was made) you can:
- use command "accview -tf"
- find taxa file what you need (you have info about first/last ticket in file)
- type file name - you will have output with tickets data

Yes, I have Omnivista 8770. I will try to do what you say in the reports site. I´ll let you know if I find issues or questions.
