SNOM SIP PHONE ISSUE

Hii,
Dear all recently we have upgrade Release 9.1 to 11.0 at customer site their we have used crystal hardware. During the activity we have changed our codec parameter previously it was G729 now it is G723 but after that we have facing issue in snom 200 sip phone . we have able to do outgoing but not getting the incoming call message announced not authorized . IN phone configuration i have not found the codec G723 the available codec are G711a , G711u , GSMFR,G729A but facing same issue to used all codec .

Anybody please help me.

SNOM SIP is sip extension -SEPLOS- or Sip device-trunk-
some logs , my magic ball is in serve but doubt it lies -codecs are you issue

We tried to replicate same issue in lab. Now we are able to make calls to snom200 but unable to make calls from snom200 to any other extension of EPABX.

Spectifications:
System Hardware: Crystal
Software Rls: 11.0(K140030f)
Compressor: INTIP(GIP4-1)
System Codec: G723
Domain: 0 Default compression(Cant' change as other SIP phones are working with this configuration)
SIP Trunk Codec: G711
SIP Authentication: NONe

Snom parameters:
Model: Snom200
Codec: G711A
Set Type in OXE: SIP Device


Error: 403 : forbidden, while calling from this SIP phone to analog phone.

Please advice.

Sorry guys to trouble you...this has been solved. was a silly mistake.

there is no trouble and you'r welcomed to share the solution and the mistake was ? default compression g723 isn't it ?

After creating different IP domain and adding one of INTIP (with compression) along with SNOM Phone, it has been resolved.
