Problems with automatic flashing of 8028

Hi

i have a customer who wanted to insert some new 8028 to his OXE R11.01.1. He called me because these new sets are not working properly(phone hangs for some seconds).
Then i checked with downstat i that these sets weere not updated, and are locked for updates. They have noe 4.52.01. All other 8028 in this node have 4.51.30.

Normaly even newer sets are flashed down, but not these sets. I checked in tsc ip user for "Reset For Update Authorized" and its true. And the cos is "as soon as possible".

Anyone any further ideas?

Hi Alex,

You can delete the problematic user and create them as new users to see if the sets get updated. Normally, after the sets are registered newly, they sense the new binaries on the OXE and reset to have that binary downloaded...

Let me know the outcome.

nope, they get in service, and downstat says the same...
I will install the last patch on monday and check again...
