Some IP touch 4028/38 not working tftp no response

Does anybody know detailed description about how to upgrade of firmware version of 4028/38 with using tftpd server...

no i don't know any other way. just using the callserver builtin tftp deamon everytimes...

have you tried to set the phones on another phonesystem with another oxe version in service?

You can try
1. Static IP.
2. disable lldp protocol.
