Caller Line Identification

Hi All,


I have a customer and for some reason their OXO displays only "***" (three stars) when there is an Incoming call, even if the CLI is on at the external party.

Any ideas why, or how to fix this for the customer. This happens with Pimphony aswell.

Is that an analog line or aN ISDN one?
If analog tick the CLIP function External Lines-->List of accesses-->Access and be sure that you have CLIDSP daughterboard (on that certain board) if more that 6 incoming calls on system (the system will not display the CLI inf on the 7th call if no CLIDSP on the APA board).

Thanks for your fast reply, They have VoDSL service analogue lines. I will have a look at the system tomorrow and try sort this for them.
