sip trunking in oxe

hi
i am facing a problem in oxe , i created sip trunking for service provider 4 port trunk and also set external gateway for the same ,but when i calling for incoming purpose call not yet land and trace is giving 404 not found ,
and you can see trace attachment

Then...you are dialing something doesn't exist and the other side is telling you that
